Michael Bain serves as the Executive Vice President of TransTech's Services Group. He leads the strategy, growth, and performance of TransTech Group’s field and industrial services businesses. His responsibilities include scaling our national services platform and enhancing operational execution, with a focus on delivering consistent performance for our customers and teams.

His background includes over 20 years of experience in engineered and integrated systems, business unit leadership, engineering management, and overseeing complex projects across critical energy and industrial infrastructure.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
