Darryl Wilson is a highly accomplished senior executive with over 35 years of global experience across multiple industries, including energy, power generation, industrial manufacturing, and consumer products. His career is marked by a series of high-impact leadership roles at General Electric, where he spent 26 years driving innovation and growth across various business units.

As Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for GE Power, Darryl led global commercial, marketing, and consulting operations, overseeing a $38 billion business and integrating the Alstom acquisition. His leadership extended to GE Energy Connections, GE Distributed Power, and GE Aero Energy, where he consistently delivered results in highly competitive markets.

Darryl’s international experience is extensive, with significant leadership assignments in Budapest, Hungary; London, England; and Shanghai, China. This global perspective has enabled him to build and lead high-performing teams across diverse geographies and business segments. In addition to his corporate roles, Darryl has served on multiple corporate, private equity, and non-profit boards, including his current positions on the boards of Eaton and NextEra Energy, Inc. He also founded The Wilson Collective, a strategic consulting and investment firm that supports early-stage technology and industrial startups.

Darryl holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University.
